WAZA DEPARTMENT 2016 in HAGI

Waza Department in Hagi
Our Waza Department event in Hagi was held on September 29, 2016. Over 100 people came and were able to sample Hagi Cuisine. Our chef Joji Kanno and ryokan Tomoe’s chef Mr. Nagashima collaborated in this on the preparation of the Hagi cuisine.

Our Waza Department’s mission is:
To overseas guests, we provide Japanese culture.
To Japanese guests, we provide the homeland of their hearts.

We held a wonderful event on this night, with artisans from all over Hagi, in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
