On April 28, we will hold our 18th Sake-themed dinner at Enju restaurant in Happo-en. This time we have invited Asahi-shuzo Sake Brewery from Nigata Prefecture.
Kubota is the original name of this brewery, and it well known as masterpeace sake of Asahi-shuzo Sake Brewery. Our Japanese restaurant chef Ken Uehara will make the dinner course that collaborated with sake from Asahi-shuzo. Every time of this Sake-themed Dinner at Enju restaurant, he made very beautifu cuisine and make guests surprise and satisfy with his cuisine.
