chocolatier (Tokyo) Kazuo Noguchi

Kazuo Noguchi is a well-known chocolatier working to create new products for the food and the chocolate industries. True to his motto of “enriching people’s lives through chocolate,” he makes it his mission to communicate information about chocolate ingredients and the culture of chocolate. He is working to change chocolate, formerly a luxury product for a select group of people, to a more casual food, nurturing rituals associated with chocolate and broadening the base of consumers.
Working for Happo-en’s own Kiki chocolate brand, he has created Japanese-inspired chocolate, Gateau Chocolat, baked doughnuts and other items.
