夜のコース料理は、春のフレッシュ野菜を贅沢に盛りつけた前菜からスタート。やわらかくジューシーに仕上げた低温ロースト「黒毛和牛とわさび」に加え、真鯛のさわやかな食感と、日向夏のさわやかな香りがハーモニーを生む「真鯛と日向夏」もご提供。夜桜のパノラマビューとともに、春の宴をご堪能ください。

東京でしか味わえない旬を披露したい。そんな想いから生まれた大江戸会席。桜鯛の握り、炙り、昆布締めを3貫。そして春の山菜、熟成黒毛和牛に舌鼓。日本酒通も唸らせる江戸の銘酒、小澤酒造の「澤乃井」、中村酒造の「高尾山」も春の宴を盛り上げます。

「Something New Each Month」
Kaiseki meals at the Enju change monthly in keeping with seasonal alterations in the Happo-en gardens. Producers take care of the ingredients by themselves and present them carefully. To shorten the distance from farms to tables, we make efforts to provide the ingredients as fresh as possible. We serves banquet dishes which using fresh seasonal ingredients of the month.

遠藤周作氏に命名された料亭「壺中庵」が春の特別会席を創作。「彩り豊かな人生の始まり」を願い、一口で食せる一品を桜吹雪のように盛りつけました。「蟹」「桜鱒」「鯛」「蛍烏賊」「筍」。春の旬を詰め込んだ満開桜御膳が、新しい春の始まり、新しい私の始まりに華を添えます。

Traditional Japanese restaurant Kochuan received its name from renowned Japanese novelist Shusaku Endo, author of “Silence,” the film version of which is currently playing. The restaurant has prepared a kaiseki meal especially for spring, featuring bite-size morsels reminiscent of cherry blossom petals and seasonal seafood and vegetables. Celebrate new beginnings with this gourmet cuisine.

Kochuan has held a variety of events every year. A special time-limited banquet dishes event was held last year. Enjoying a various cuisines that match the wines which the Chef purchased from grape orchards directly. Learning the secret techniques of the cuisine from the Chefs in the event. Happo-en marks its 73rd anniversary this year. Over the years, we have helped our guests celebrate happy occasions, but we could not help noticing that nowadays, allergies and various other physical discomforts are becoming more and more prevalent. Urban living is stressful, and we hope, through food, to help make daily life in the city more appealing and enjoyable. We want to link the present to the future and contribute to the small pleasures of life. For this purpose we developed a new-concept restaurant to provide natural refreshment and energy for body and soul. Our menu features allergen-free and organic dishes and also caters to vegans and those who espouse a gluten-free diet. The restaurant also sells organic produce and will be organizing workshops where consumers and producers can join hands to create a like-minded community. The renovated Anniversary Garden Restaurant reopens on March 1, 2017. We hope to have the pleasure of serving you at our “organic life restaurant.”
