Happo-en is going to set the tone for this summer with our 2018 Summer Festival events!

Chances to learn something new are gaining popularity and becoming more diversified lately in Japan. For example, several popular business books were made into comics and they became widely read among all ages. Happo-en has our “Eat and Learn” event at Anniversary Garden, our organic life restaurant, every Thursday. Now, we are going to hold our summer event called “Learning is Full of Adventures” across all of Happo-en’s facilities soon.

You have something to learn no matter how old you get. And the world is fun!
“Edutainment,” the coined word combining “Education” and “Entertainment,” encourages us to enjoy learning. What a beautiful made-up word, isn’t it?

If you come to know a new world, and experience a new world, then a whole new world will be spread before you. When we were children, it was an adventure even to visit the next town once we learned to ride our bicycles. We need to remember that feeling and get excited about something new again. This world continues changing and it’s filled with surprises. Even we at Happo-en have been surprised while preparing for our summer festivals.

The theme of our summer festival this year is “Edutainment.” We look forward to seeing you get excited and enjoy yourself like children do.
