Let’s make a toast with organic Beaujolais Nouveau this year.

Our cooks and buyers actively travel all across Japan to visit farmers, sake breweries and wineries and try to find locally-produced foods, sake and wine. This year, we will provide organic Beaujolais Nouveau, which was one of their discoveries as they traveled.

This wine is certified by ECOCERT, which is rare for Beaujolais Nouveau.

*ECOCERT is an organic certification organization, founded in France in 1991. It is based in Europe but conducts inspections in over 80 countries, making it one of the largest organic certification organizations in the world.

Domaine Chassley is a traditional winery that has been passed down for centuries and generations, and they have passed a rigorous screening on an annual basis for years. The taste of their wine is quite fruity and soft, sinking deep into your body.

La Tour Boisee Nouveau 2017
The heir to La Tour Boisee, a prestigious winery in Minervois, France, produced this Nouveau, which was certified by ECOCERT, same as Domaine Chassley’s Beaujolais Nouveau 2017. It is naturally made from organic grapes and it’s well known for its beautiful color, savor, taste and good finish.

We have an event on November 24, in which you can enjoy this organic wine and our special dishes with naturally-cultivated vegetables for dinner. On that
evening, we have invited some guests who are involved in making organic wine and in a natural cultivation.
