The last winter holiday season of the Heisei Period is upon us. Some of you may be busy with multiple end-of-the-year gatherings and Christmas parties. Others of you may have yet to make plans or reservations for this special season.

The winter holiday time at Happo-en is filled with lively events and parties. We have prepared to welcome our guests with a diverse variety of dishes that are sure to be a delightful culinary experience.

Here are a few of our specialties: Traditional Japanese fermented cuisine and miso paired with naturally farmed ingredients. Fresh vegetables from contracted farms. Organic wine and coffee. Allergy-friendly dishes, cutting out seven of the most common allergens. Gluten-free bread and desserts. Vegetarian and vegan dishes. Halal adaptations of Japanese luxury restaurant dishes.

For this winter season, our hope is to promote wellness through food, as well as to provide an experience that can be thoroughly enjoyed by all people.
