The leaves of the garden are transforming into autumn colors, and the fullness of the season is upon us. On November 27th, we will be hosting the popular Gourmet Adventure series entitled “Autumn Fragrance, Autumn Moon” in Hakuho Hall, which is located in Happo-en’s garden.

Our guests enjoy the Gourmet Adventure events for the spacious atmosphere and fresh seasonal dishes. For this upcoming event, we will be serving autumnal ingredients that have been smoked or fermented, inviting the guests to indulge in both the flavors and aroma.

Guests will be welcomed with a dish made from naturally farmed vegetables grown without pesticides or fertilizer.

Following this, we will be serving pike mackerel and scallops that have been smoked over charcoal, as well as other dishes that the guests can choose according to their preference, served in a buffet style.

Dishes using fermented ingredients with rich aroma can be enjoyed with Roku, a very popular Japanese craft gin, and other brewed and distilled drinks such as whiskey.

We are sure that this evening of exquisite flavors, enjoyed with the autumn leaves lit up in the garden, will provide satisfaction even to the most epicurean of guests.
