Waza Sukiyaki is to inform the world about Sukiyaki which originated in Gunma Prefecture. Sukiyaki is a Japanese hotpot dish, made of grilled beef and vegetables cooked with soy sauce and sugar in an iron pot. White inn Takasaki that promoting by Happo-en produce these project. Making food by originaly from only Gunma Prefecture. Kibako that made by artisan of Okawa City make the food more shine.
